This message is rather long, but is very important, so please read in its entirety!

In order to provide a more efficient system for scheduling and payments, and to provide everyone with some of the features that have been requested, we will be transitioning from purchasing sets of lessons in Stablecards to purchasing sets of lessons in Seasons. You’ll be able to book further ahead to save your spots and get email reminders before your payments are due! Similar to how sets were purchased with Stablecards, riders can commit to riding in a recurring lesson slot, but you can pay in installments!

Starting the week of August 27th, ALL lessons will be bookable in 18-week Seasons. The first “official” Season will be from 8/27-12/30/2023; the next Season will begin on 12/31/2023.

The 2 major benefits of the Seasons are that (1) your spot is immediately reserved for the next 18 weeks and (2) you don’t have to remember to re-book! You will receive invoices via email when your next installment is due. (Please note that any rider whose invoice is past-due will automatically be removed from all future lessons— so be sure to pay as soon as you receive your invoice!)

If you want to book the entire 18-week Season at the lesson set rate ($450/9 weeks of groups or $200/3 weeks of privates), just be sure to book your lessons prior to August 26th. (The sooner you book your regular lessons, the better!)

If you need to change lesson days part-way through the Season, you can still do that! (Just be sure to email us at ridewithfmf2@gmail.com so we can confirm appropriate lessons with open spots before you swap lessons.)

If you need to cancel a lesson, you can still do that! (Just be sure to cancel 24+ hours in advance to receive a make-up credit.) Please note that all make-up credits will automatically expire at the end of the Season (so for the 8/27-12/30 Season, all credits expire on 12/30; no extensions/credits/refunds).

If you do NOT wish to book for the entire season of 18 lessons up front, you can still purchase lessons later on. If you want to book the remainder of the Season after the Season has started, you have three options: (1) Purchase each lesson individually at the Single Lesson rate; (2) Purchase the Season at full-price ($900 for groups or $1,200 for privates) and receive credits for any lessons that have already passed in the Season (to schedule make-ups for other days); or (3) email us at ridewithfmf2@gmail.com to book the remaining lessons in the Season in sets (of 9 groups or 3, 6, 9, 12, or 15 privates).

Over the upcoming weeks, you will notice that some lessons are now bookable in Seasons instead of in Stablecards. This is to ensure that everyone’s sets end the week of August 20-26th. The per-lesson rate is the same! If your “final” group set will start within 9 weeks of August 27th, you can either book Single Lessons up until then OR you can email us at ridewithfmf2@gmail.com to request a prorated invoice for the remainder of the Season. Please note that all make-up credits for cancellations between now and the new 8/27 Season will automatically expire on 8/26.
