Working Students Wanted
We are always looking for qualified working students.
Working student jobs include:
-
Feeding
-
Watering
- Mucking out
- Assisting with lessons
- Cleaning tack
- Grooming and general horse care including turn-out, blanketing, ...
- Facilities maintenance (raking rings, cleaning water troughs, skipping out turnout spaces and more)
- Other duties as assigned.
Working Students must:
- Be at least 12 years old and capable of carrying a full water bucket.
- Be on-time!!!
- Be neatly and appropriately dressed
- Be pleasant to EVERYONE - human and equine
- Be responsible, thorough and orderly in work habits
- Be helpful to others
- Be willing to learn new skills
- Be ready to work hard!
Working Students get:
- To ride in working student lessons
- To learn new skills
- To have fun!!!
- To attend the working student parties
There are weekday and weekend openings.
