Tentative Schedule of Activities:

**Please remember that each rider gets 1 auditor free.  If you would like to attend any of the lectures but are not a rider or groom please pay the $10.00 auditing fee.

Monday, June 21st

5:00-5:45 pm  Horse check-in-Riders will need to present their horses between 5-5:45pm at the Chateau for the initial vet inspection.  (unbraided) Bridle numbers will be handed out at this time and must remain on the horses when they are at the competition. (DON’T LOSE THEM)
6:00-7 pm  Katie Wherley (Katie Wherley Eventing) talks at the Chateau re: Care of the horse post-endurance phase and how to make sure you jog sound the next day.

Tuesday, June 22nd

8:30 am Kristin Parris (Kristin Parris Eventing) talks @ the picnic tables (main barn) about the presentation of the horse and rider @ the jog-ups (horse inspections)
9-10 am Actual practice with your horse @ the jog area by the chateau…will do numerically-don’t forget bridles and dressage whips! (unbraided)
?10ish am Timing talk with Stephen Fulton (Full Moon Farm LLC) back at the Chateau-bring your watches and pen and paper!
?11ish am Steeplechase talk (phase B) with Kelley Williams (A Bit Better Farm) in the Chateau, keep the paper out!
Time to tack…then

Steeplechase/pace practice (come dressed for xcountry) @ the Steeplechase (Phase B area)
Elementary 12-1ish
BBN-1-2ish
BN/Nov-2-3ish

12-4pm everyone is on their own to hack phases A and C on your own or with a buddy-make sure you find all your gates!

Wednesday, June 23rd

8:30 am First horse inspection at the Chateau-going in numerical order except riders with multiple horses we will work around-it goes quickly (you must have your horse braided/you dressed/etc.) Dr. Liz Patternotte (Equine Performance Systems)
9:30 am  Overview of jog and 10 minute box talk/fitness conditioning @ Chateau. Dr. Liz Patternotte
10:30ish? Dressage Lecture/what is the judge looking for in your test…Peggy Pariso in the indoor arena
11-12ish Test rides of all the dressage tests-Mary Ballew and Mac starting with novice…so when your test ride is over you can go get ready for your dressage test.
1 pm Dressage portion of the 3-day begins..Novice first…after you are done with dressage make sure you have walked and wheeled your xc course and rehack your phase A and C….NO ONE is allowed to hack phase D! (XC) but you may walk it on foot.

Thursday, June 24th

SPEED AND ENDURANCE DAY!!!wohoo

GET your stuff out to the 10 minute box early!  Don’t forget ice for your water, sponges/buckets/scrapers-complete list is in your binder and online www.useventing.com under documents
8 am First horse leaves for phase A!

Hopefully done around 1 pm

3pm Stadium Course walk Elem and BBN first, BN and Nov second with Kate Chatterton (Kate Chatterton Eventing)

Friday, June 25th

8:30 am Final horse inspection and jog
Show jumping following immediately starting with Novice in reverse order of go. Awards for each division will follow the divisions show jumping round. 

Please keep in mind all these times are subject to change- check the dry erase board at the flags for daily updates!!!!

Have fun and ride safely
